Adi Khindaria, Founder and CEO, has led Kare Partners since inception, from the first acquisition in Gastonia, NC, Compleat Rehab. Since then Kare Partners has grown organically by 10 fold. He leads a strong team of operators and provides strategic direction to the business unit heads. He is currently focused on growth strategies and acquisitions.

Prior to Kare Partners, Adi founded and led iReadyWorld, a technology services company that was sold to Perimeter Internetworking in 2004. Prior to that Adi worked in the Capital Markets group at First Union. Adi has a PhD in Biochemistry and an undergraduate in electro-chemical engineering. Liz Ross, COO, started her career in public accounting with KPMG, where she was a tax consultant and specialized in corporate restructurings and tax minimization strategies.  Prior to joining Kare Partners, she was the policy and regulatory reporting coordinator for Decision One Mortgage Company – a subsidiary of HSBC - where she researched accounting issues and drafted policy as a member of HSBC’s national research and policy team. 

Liz is a CPA, she holds a B. Com from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and also has an M.Tax from the University of Denver.  She has been with Kare Partners since June 2007 and most enjoys the unpredictable and challenging nature of her job. Mike Huckins, Director of Operations, Clinical Partnerships, has shepherded the growth of the Clinical Partnerships division to a national organization currently active in 13 states. Over the past 5 years he has led several groups within the company that required his highly impactful leadership including Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition. He was instrumental in the transformation of the Home Health Division into the innovative, client-centric business model that is today’s Clinical Partnerships group. Mike originally joined Compleat Rehab as an outpatient Physical Therapist.

Prior to Kare Partners Mike served as the Assistant Manager of Outpatient Rehabilitation for the Elks Rehabilitation Hospital in Idaho for 10 years. Earlier he managed the Rehabilitation Service Department for the Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland, Washington. Mike began his professional career as a Physical Therapist at the Group Health Cooperative in Seattle. Mike graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 1981. Robin Gupta, Vice President of Finance, is responsible for all corporate finance and accounting. Robin is an accomplished financial management executive, with a proven track record in delivering results through strong leadership, effective communications, and goal oriented strategic planning. He has held positions of increasing responsibility during his long and noteworthy career.

Before joining Kare Partners, Robin was the Director of Corporate IT Finance for Cendant. Prior to Cendant, he held numerous management positions with Fortune 500 companies. Earlier, Robin was a proprietor of a successful accounting firm in India.

Robin received his Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier’s College in Calcutta, India. Shortly thereafter, he became a certified Chartered Accountant, and was an active Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Diane Kornett, PT, Director, Adult Outpatient Services, is known throughout the surrounding community as one of the most senior Physical Therapists actively treating patients, bringing more than 40 years of clinical experience to every treatment. She joined Compleat Rehab in 1990. Diane earned her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of North Carolina and her certificate of Physical Therapy from the Medical Field Service School in San Antonio, Texas.

Her top clinical interests include back and neck injuries and she especially enjoys providing post-op care to back and neck patients. Diane is a certified Functional Capacity Evaluator and has conducted numerous training events for professionals charged with interpreting FCEs. Jennifer Hall, Human Resources Manager, Originally from upstate NY, she has approximately nine (9) years of formal HR experience with lifetime of experience in managing human relations.  She has worked within HR in NY, Arizona, Tennessee and is now based in North Carolina, helping manage the Kare Partners team spread out in 20 states. She is as a Generalist in nature, with concentration in employment law, safety, employee relations, compensation and benefits.

 Previous companies she has worked for have been MEDIC Regional Blood Center, Brunswick (US Marine and Sea Ray divisions) and Beaudry Motor Company. Many of these companies had national operations. She has her bachelors in business administration from PACE University, NY.

 

 

Amanda Edwards, MPT, National Sales Manager,  Originally from Atlanta, GA, Amanda has enjoyed living in Charlotte for the last seven years.  Her sales background includes over seven years in the medical arena including time with Johnson and Johnson as a product consultant,  two years as a surgical team manager and over two years as a business development representative with a leading neuro-rehabilitation device company.

She holds a bachelors in Psychology from Davidson College and earned her Master’s of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia. Amanda’s physical therapy passion is in working with children and she enjoys working one day a week in our pediatrics clinic, Compleat Kidz to keep her skills sharp and loves how no day is the same!
